Orange Custard

1 1/2 cups Pet Milk
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
Grated rind one orange
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cornstarch

Mix thoroughly together sugar, salt and cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup milk and blend until smooth. Heat remaining milk in double boiler. Add mixture and cook until it begins to thicken slightly. Add orange juice and grated rind and cook until thick, stirring constantly to avoid lumping. Turn into molds and chill.
