Dice, cube, or shred meat and poultry or cut into strips. Add to salads, stir fry, noodle or rice casseroles, shishkabobs, sandwiches, quesadillas, fajitas, pizza, soups, pot pie and wraps. Have deli meats cut thinly or shaved, too. Fill sandwiches with lettuce, spinach, hummus, avocado, sprouts, tomato or cucumber instead.
