Remove baby clothes stains by:

  • Using either a bar of Fels Naptha or applying Dawn dish liquid and 1 tablespoon ammonia. Rub gently and rinse.
  • Or soak clothing in 1/2 cup powdered Cascade and 1/2 cup Clorox 2 (or use Oxi Clean) in a big bucket of hot water and let soak overnight, and then launder as usual.
  • Or use a combined mixture of Dawn dish liquid, Hydrogen Peroxide, and baking soda. Apply to stains, let set and scrub with a toothbrush. Launder as usual.
  • Place the garment outside in the sun, too. It works as a natural bleach.

The second recipe works well on any clothing stain.
