Chocolate Fudge made with marshmallow fluff cooks in 5 minutes, never turns grainy or dries out.
Now-Make perfect Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge in half the time, every time!
Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge
2 lb., 6 oz.
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
1 small can evaporated milk (3/4 cup)
Approximately 3/4 jar marshmallow fluff
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 large (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine the first five ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to boil over moderate heat, careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling.
Then boil slowly, stirring constantly, for five minutes-half the time fudge making usually takes! Remove from heat, stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Then turn into buttered 9×9-inch pan, and cool.

Kids can make Ziploc Fudge which is also known as armpit fudge. This can keep them from eating all the fudge you just made. It’s especially helpful when kids are fighting to help you make fudge or they all want to lick the spoon, too. The following recipe lets them be with you in the kitchen, but keeping their hands busy and they each can have their own portion.
Ziploc fudge
3 oz pkg of cream cheese
1 lb box of powdered sugar
2 packets of cocoa mix or 1/2 cup of cocoa
2 tablespoons of butter
2 1 gal ziploc storage bags
Place all ingredients in one of the ziploc bags, close and put it in the next ziploc bag. Give everyone a turn at squishing the bags to mix. Mix until smooth.
Place all ingredients in a sandwich-size plastic Ziploc. Squeeze out all the air. Squish and moosh (under the arm!) the bag until all the ingredients are well mixed and there is a creamy consistency. Add any favorite flavors or other stuff (raisins, M&M’s, peanut butter, chopped nuts, etc). Take out a spoon and enjoy.
