Cutting Brownies:

Cool brownies by chilling in the fridge. Pour hot water into a shallow pan, dip your knife into the hot water, wipe it dry quickly then cut the brownies. Or use a pizza cutter or plastic knife to cut your squares. Cutting is easiest if you line your pan (with foil or parchment paper) and grease the bottom prior to baking. This allows you to lift your brownies out of the pan to cut.
