Set Goals

Set goals: Identify the area you want to improve. Set your goals. Break them into short term and long term goals. Identify the information and knowledge you need to help in achieving them. Identify anything that might block your progress or sabotage your goals. Create a start and deadline. Visualize accomplishing them. This will be ongoing, but as a start express your commitment to your goals with written affirmations, positive motivational words, and what you can do to overcome obstacles.
