Quick Meal: Ground Beef Sliders

Brown a pound to 1.5 pounds of ground beef. Add an onion soup dry mix packet (such as Lipton) while browning. Once browned, drain grease. Add 8 oz. of Velveeta, cubed.  (Note: There are now Velveeta mini blocks which can make this come together even faster) Stir until melted. Place on rolls such as slider rolls,  Hawaiian rolls or just hamburger buns.

Can also add 1 lb of browned ground sausage to the ground beef or add diced onion or your own preferred seasoning.

Note: Some people like to wrap the sliders in foil and bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven to have toasted rolls. Can add pickles, and condiments of choice.
