Crockpot Eggs

1 bag (30 oz.) frozen hash browns
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled, ham, diced or sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2-2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 dozen eggs
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Start with a layer of 1/3 of the hash browns. Layer 1/3 of the onion, green pepper, ham/bacon or sausage, and cheese. Repeat layering. Beat eggs and milk, add salt and pepper. Pour eggs in Crockpot. Cover and cook on High for 30 minutes and then switch to low for 4 hours or until eggs are set.
