How to make your own cookbook?

I want to “make” my own cookbook from recipes I have collected over many years. I know I have seen a cookbook that had sections for breads, desserts,etc. and had lined blank pages for you to write in. I have no idea where I saw it and it would have to be a good size book as I have tons of recipes . Do you have any other ideas or know where I could find one like I described?
